Alvar’s Zero-waste Sauce is made from sidestream ingredients from local producers in Ylämylly, North Karelia – to maximise flavour and minimise waste.
Our Sauce is very low in calories, so you don’t have to worry about increasing your dog’s daily energy intake. All ingredients are healthy and natural, without salt, making Zero-Waste Sauce our “secret” healthy and natural way to increase appetite (or thirst).

Water, chicken bones, whole mushroom, carrot, parsnip, dried parsley and thyme.

Feeding guide
The broth is very low in calories, so you can mix it with dry food without having to worry about increasing energy intake. 1 dl a day per the dog’s 5 kg weight (i.e. a 10 kg dog could have 2 dl per day)
Once opened, consume the product within 5 days (may last a couple days longer, use own judgement). If you have sauce left over, we recommend freezing it into ice cubes, and serving later with food or water! 🧊
